Salvatore F. Ambrosio

Sal Ambrosio, one of the three shareholders of Tactix, has practiced as a tenant broker and consultant for over 20 years. Sal has directed numerous high profile projects and transactions including equity and joint venture, leases, structured financing, strategic planning and development consulting.

Sal graduated with a master's degree in Public Policy and Research Design from the State University of New York. Upon graduation, he was awarded a Presidential Management Internship and worked for four years in the Executive Office of the President (Office of Management & Budget) in the first Reagan administration. While there, Sal analyzed budgets, developed policy papers, conducted government-wide financial and macro-economic analyses, developed computerized management information systems and drafted and negotiated substantive and appropriations legislation. In 1984, he joined Julien J. Studley, Inc. and was selected to establish Studley's Philadelphia office in 1986. He developed a highly successful practice and managed the office's continued growth for 11 years. 

Sal specializes in lease restructurings and renewals, operating leases, acquisition strategies, build-to-suit transactions and sale leaseback transactions.  He has worked with large- and mid-cap publicly traded companies such as Sunoco, Covance and FMC; institutional clients such as Villanova University and St. Joseph's University; privately held entities such as Day & Zimmerman and the Graham Co.; and law firms such as Post & Schell and Schnader Harrison.

Sal is a member of CoreNet International, the Union League of Philadelphia, the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, American Heart Association, World Affairs Council, the Association for Corporate Growth and Financial Executives International. He has published articles in the regional business press and is widely quoted on a variety of real estate issues.
