 Kartik Patel joined Tactix Real Estate Advisors in 2000. His local and national tenant representation work ranges from S&P 500 companies including Sunoco, FMC and Pep Boys to vital community programs including Philadelphia Legal Assistance, Public Interest Law Center, The Food Trust and Benefits Data Trust. Taking advantage of his strong financial background, Kartik has created custom financial models tailored to client’s individual needs including complex modeling of expected tax benefits in connection with Dechert’s and Woodcock Washburn’s moves to the KOZ site at Cira Centre.
Prior to joining Tactix, Kartik was a financial associate for The Vanguard Group where he was responsible for daily mutual fund valuation including the Vanguard’s Index 500, the largest mutual fund in the industry at the time.
Kartik graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1995 with a degree in Finance and International Business and summa cum laude from Drexel University’s MBA program.
