Greg Lugones came to Tactix in March of 2008. Prior to Tactix, Greg
worked over two years as an Associate at ISS Development, a private
developer based in New York. While at ISS, he focused on redevelopment
projects in roles ranging from Property Management to Project Management
and Acquisitions.
At ISS, Greg played a pivotal role in the successful redevelopment of a
92 unit mixed use condominium and is deeply familiar with many of the
aspects and issues inherent to the development process.
He was also responsible for directing the residential leasing for
company assets in Philadelphia. In that role, Greg was charged with the
creation and implementation of marketing strategy while also performing
market research to determine appropriate pricing and concession levels.
His efforts led to an elimination of over 90% of existing vacancies
within a six month timeframe.
Prior to ISS, Greg spent two years working with AIMCO, a REIT company,
during and after the redevelopment of a 184 unit loft property in
Philadelphia. Given his background, Greg is well versed in many of the
techniques employed by landlords to maximize profitability and the
reasoning behind them.
Greg graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2003 with a
bachelor's degree in Political Science. He has worked on several local
and Presidential election campaigns and remains politically active.
