Bill Kilrain joined Tactix in 2010 from Fourragere Property Services. There he provided his clients with accurate market research, thorough market analysis, and detailed insight into cost savings through financial modeling.
Prior to joining Fourragere, Bill had 10 years of combined military and business experience. He has managed groups as large as 30 and budgets in excess of $8,000,000. He has been responsible for complex projects valued at over $22,000,000 and others affecting more than 20,000 people. His valuable coordination skills have successfully bridged obstacles such as incompatible languages, foreign cultures, and federal agencies.
His particular skill is to combine theoretical knowledge with practical experiences gained as an officer in the military and business world to identify, evaluate, and implement courses of action that lead to sustainable competitive advantages for Tactix’s clients.
Bill graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2000 with a B.S. in Science and Engineering, accruing Dean’s list distinctions. He received an MBA from The Australian Graduate School of Management in Sydney. Achieving the rank of Captain, he served 5 years on active duty in the United States Army, including three years in Germany and a tour in Baghdad.
Bill received the Army Commendation Medal for superior leadership and is the acting Treasurer for the West Point Society of Philadelphia. He is an avid baseball fan and enjoys international travel.
