Martin Bond

Martin Bond brings over two decades of experience as a commercial real estate lawyer with major law firms in Pennsylvania and Texas. Before joining Tactix, Martin was a shareholder with the Philadelphia office of Klett, Rooney, Lieber & Schorling, a 160-attorney, Pittsburgh-based law firm. Martin also practiced for 12 years with the Philadelphia office of Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads.

Martin has broad experience with all aspects of commercial real estate, including office, industrial and retail leasing, construction and permanent lending, forward and reverse like-kind exchanges, sale / leasebacks and land use, development and construction matters for real estate owners and developers.

Martin graduated from Swarthmore College in 1978 and received his law degree from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta in 1982, where he was on the staff of the Emory Law Journal.
