 Prior to joining Tactix, Steve Amoriello was an attorney in the bankruptcy department of Dilworth Paxson LLP. Steve also practiced with the Morristown, New Jersey-based Riker, Danzig, Scherer, Hyland & Perretti LLP as well as with the predecessor of the Philadelphia-based Lavin, O’Neil, Ricci, Cedrone & DiSipio. Steve’s broad experience includes the representation of commercial creditors, landlords and other parties in complex financial arrangements including workouts, settlements and inter-creditor agreements. Steve also represented clients in all aspects of bankruptcy related litigation matters.
Steve graduated from Saint Joseph’s University and went on to receive his J.D. from Widener University School of Law and his M.B.A. from Widener University School of Business Administration.
